I was donated to Hearing Dogs for Deaf People by breeder in Ireland and was known as Tank (probably because I barge through anything and anyone that gets in my way!) My name was changed to Tango and I went to live with a Socialiser for 6 months then the Breeding department decided I would make a splendid stud dog and I heartily agreed with them. So I came to live with Chris and Stuart about 8 weeks ago and have settled in very well with their dog, Poppy, so I think this new home will suit me nicely. We go for long walks in the Oxfordshire countryside which usually include a swim in the river which is fab. I love swimming and retrieving balls so when we take a ball to the river I can do both at the same time - Heaven! I'm currently studying my for Bronze Good Citizen Award and have to attend class every two weeks. "Mummy" also says I have to learn some manners. I don't know what they are and I don't think I want to know. I'm a very laid back chap and I think I'll produce wonderful puppies for Hearing Dogs but, so far, I've only had one hot date. She was gorgeous but a bit "blonde" - well she was a Golden Retriever - so no puppies this time.
