I was rescued by my mum and dad, Karen and Guy McCusker from Lincolnshire Rescue Kennels at Ingham near Lincoln.  I had been thrown out of a car on the A1 but was fortunate to end up at the rescue kennels, when Karen and Guy came to have a look after losing Sammie, another rescue dog at 16 years of age.  I looked at them and said please with my eyes and tail, guess what they said yes and believe me since then I have had so much love, affection, fun and experience given to me that I do not know how to woof woof my appreciation.  I love them both dearly.  After my dad left the Royal Air Force after 30 years he bought a touring caravan just for me and oh do I love it, that is why it is called Dillon's van.  I would appreciate any information regarding pubs/cafes that will allow my mum and dad in with me, especially on coastal areas but derbyshire and yorkshire pubs would be most welcome.  If any other dog wants to meet me in Lincoln or out and about caravanning please let me know and I will see what I can do.  Thanks and best wishes to you all.  Dillon xxxx

Things I love: Walking everywhere, seaside especially the sea, pub lunches with my mum and dad, cuddles, comfortable beds, caravanning, making friends. Running around the Arboretum, Hartsholme park, south and west common and the millennium lakes. Chip shop jumbo sausages and scraps or scrumps. I have found two lovely dog friendly pubs in Lincoln, The Fox and Hounds in Reepham village where I get served before my owners and the Dog & Bone on John Street.

Things I hate: The rain. Dyson hoovers, Hover mowers, Motorbikes and men with funny helmets on. Not too keen on Tractors, if they come near or overtake my car I will let them know that I am king of the road !!! But I might wonder why my dad is driving so slow !! Even though I like the sea I am not too keen when my dad mentions the word bath but, I will put up with it for his sake. I am not too keen on the phrase last orders please.

My favourite walks: Seaside and country walks about 6-10 miles long. But really I enjoy any walk that finishes at a pub. I particulary like the Lincolnshire Coast. South and West Commons in Lincoln, I do not mind sharing them with all the horses and the mess that they leave, have they not heard of horse-a scoop !!! The milennium lake walk is a great place for a swim and then a good walk to dry off.

Other pets who share my home: None, but I do not mind visitors.

My favourite saying: Walkies, Car, Hartsholme Park and Chewy (yum yum), Dad's home.
