Saved and found in a cardboard box, with another wild dog poking at me. My new mum & dad took me to there house up in the mountains, and I was very sick.
They took me to the vet's where they thought I had "Parvo Virus", apparently according to my lovely Bulgarian Vet, 75% of dogs can survive this disease !
Now I am 5 months old and I have a shiny coat & loads of energy !
I play in my huge garden and annoy my old pal Susie a border collie.
I creep on my mum & dads bed at night and curl up in the middle of them.. they dont mind cause they are just glad that I am alive! I give them plenty of fun as I bring them loads of presents as in "bits and peices" I find in the garden, that I carry up my outside stairs and drop outside my mum & dad's door!
I am all black with floppy ears and each paw is half white, like my toes have been dipped in paint ! I have a white tip on the end of my tail ! & the cutest dark brown eyes!
I am a very loving dog, I was born in the wild up in the mountains, us dogs walk for miles to find scraps... now I have 3 bowls of yummy food every day dropped at my paws, some yummy extra chicken bits and my favorite chewy bone! They called me Lucky, because I am Lucky !
Us Bulgarian Wild dogs sometimes walk for miles to find food, along the way some of us get knocked over by big lorries & Trucks, we are left on the side of the road to die alone.
Some of us are poisoned intenitonally, this happened to my neighbours dog, he got out of his garden and he later died of poisoning. There are hundreds of us & the lack of sterilelisation means that there are lots of puppies born to a life of, starvation, along with anyone to care for them like my mum and dad cares for me. This is very sad. In Bulgaria there is no RSPCA or WSPA us puppies do not know why this is. We hope that this will change.
