It's that time of year again, dark nights and mornings which we don't like because we can't get out in the fields as often. But we do snuggle up to mum and dad on the settee. Sometimes I've been known to lay there on my own.

 

 

It will soon be Christmas! Mum and dad hung up the outdoor lights  and will turn them on next week when all the family come round. We played on the front lawn but I had to tell Max off for sneaking out of the garden again. We're going to help mum put the tree up indoors before they come. I suppose dad will leave us to it again.

 

It will be three years on boxing day when I came to live with mum and dad. I can't believe I was so quiet then, mum says I'm certainly not now.  Actually, I'm not sure how to take that!

 

And there's talk of visiting the seaside again over the Christmas holidays, as well as pressies and treats and loads more time together.

 

Snowy weekend 18 - 21 December

 

We had snow this weekend and I think I like it now. Saturday we had family round all day and got lots of attention, very tiring though!

 

Sunday we went to the coast and played on the beach all that snow and sand! Max wouldn't behave himself though so he had to go back on his lead. It snowed on the way home too. Mum and dad were getting a bit worried, especially when the car kept sliding trying to get up our street.

 

Monday we all went for a walk in the fields. It was great, even though we had to wear our coats. Actually they kept us warm.
